The newly-released Driftwood Dry White claimed 4.5 stars in WINE magazine’s annual great white issue (November 2010). WINE’s panel assessed 131 white blends ranging from entry-level to ultra-premium and Driftwood came out tops in terms of affordable quality.  This outstanding value-for-money dry white blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon is available at R19.50 per bottle.

WINE magazine’s panel tastings are conducted blind and panellists include Wine Judging Academy graduates, Cape Wine Masters, top winemakers and leading wine writers. Star ratings are awarded on the basis of discussion with a view to reaching consensus.
