The brief skin contact with the Shiraz grapes that this wine is made from, imparts not only a gorgeous rosé colour, but also a solid structure for the red berry flavours.

Vinification
The grapes were crushed, kept on the skins for 6 hours and then pressed. It was left to settle during the evening, racked the next morning and inoculated with a selected yeast. It was cold fermented at 12° C.
